Delete your Propi account

You can delete your Propi account at any time, from the Propi app, on this website, or by email. Deleting your account removes your personal data from Propi and cannot be undone.

In the Propi app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account, sign-in details and profile (name, email).
  • Saved homes and saved buildings.
  • Saved searches and new-listing alerts.
  • Open house reminders and push notification tokens.
  • Your notes on viewings.
  • Your browsing history on Propi.

Deletion is immediate when you use the app or the website.

What is kept

Viewing requests and messages you already sent to our brokerage are business records of the brokerage. We keep them, no longer linked to a Propi account, for as long as real estate and privacy law (PIPEDA) require. We stop sending you automatic emails, viewing reminders and alerts.

The real estate board requires us to keep a record that you accepted its terms for sold prices and of the sold listings and floor plans you viewed. We keep these records, no longer linked to a Propi account. To ask about any of these records, email [email protected].
